The last in the trilogy of not-quite-Mister-X comics that Motter busied himself with during the 90s and early 2000s. For Electropolis, Motter handled art duties himself and jumped ship from Vertigo to Image to publish this series. Unfortunately a cross country move in the middle of the release schedule delayed issue 4 and after by a number of years. As a result, Motter published issue 4 as a triple sized squarebound book to complete the series all at once.
